[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding shipment not received properly | |||
I had ordered for Nova Roti Maker N1124 quantity 3 on may 7th 2014, i received the product on 15th may 2014 after N number of follow up's with there customer care, When i received the product i just got only one and in invoice it was mentioned as 3, I immediately called customer care to inform regarding this, I called customer care and they asked me to send an email to [protected]@homeshop18.com i sent an email along with the snapshots on 15th may 2014, till date i haven't received any response to the email from them, i kept sending emails to them continuously, but never received a reply till now In spite of sending emails i call them daily for an update, but no one gives a proper update on this. These people are harassing mentally. No floor supervisor also gives proper information. they will promise for a call back, but they'll never keep up there promises, they just try to escape from the call. I have all the call recording with me. They are frauds and cheaters. Please suggest on this and help me to resolve this issue. order no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
