we would like to inform you that Mid july i was placed a order to your customer care no. and booked my order, the order detail given bellow-

After One week item came my house and i checked & found that its a different item so i called your customer care no and your executive told that please return this item and after one week your item will be come.after one week i called your customer care no.your executive told pls purchase other items and your different - different executive giving different - different advise.
After discussion your executive told i will return you money so he made a cheque and cheque detail given bellow.

Cheque Ammount- 450
Cheque Date - 28.07.2014
this is inform you that i have no bank account name of Nandita Verma . my bank Account Name Nandita Kasera so I requested to you pls return your cheque. made a new cheque favor of Nandita Kasera.
Or Pls provide my choose item - full Diamond Oval Set - 57.
Pls do needful because i am your references customers.
