Dear customer care executive, I purchased Led bulb from you which invoice no is NIKO/17/18/106645 Dated 31 may 2017. I requested to replace the product due to of damaged conditions after that my request was accepted in terms of replacement and your courier person has been collect the damaged product on 6th of June, Now I am waiting for my fresh product as your executive commit me on 27 June that they will arrange new Led Bulb in good condition and process will take 1 week and its almost completed according to my last conversation with executive, Now please reply and give my prodouct asap.
