I purchased Wespro 10" TAB product on 11-DEC-2014 . Oredr No.[protected]. Sub oredr No.[protected] WESPRO 10" Tab). Complaint: Return & Refund The Product. I received this product on 18-DEC-2014. i received Not working and damaged product. i gave complaint on 18th December regarding this not working and damaged product. that complaint number is[protected]. after one week their customer people told me that send product images to [protected]@homeshop18.com. I send that product images on 26-DEC-2014 . then I received ticket number is #735612 from homeshop18.com. but they didn't respond to me yet. I called to their customer care so many times. every time they told me that wait for 24 to 48 hrs. please solve this problem. what can I do ? Was this information helpful? | |||
