Reserve pick up for my order was done on 01-Aug by NUVO logistics for my HS18 order:[protected] Oleva Women's Lam Lam Jeggings (Small Size-28) wherein I raised a complaint for receiving incorrect size (XL) I had not yet received any updated for my replacement order though I have chased a lot. I don't understand why these people make such a delay for replacement whrin received incorrect size XL from their end though it was precisely mentioned for Small SIze-28 waist, also they do not provide refund worst service.

Updated by Complainant201109 This is to inform 2nd time I received the same Kurtis again for replacement order[protected] whrin this time I received in Small size from the seller. How come you people be so careless that you don't verify the SIZE of the clothes before shipping whrin it was precisely mentioned while placing an order. I had called many times but do not get any proper response from their call center, here I also asked for the refund but they totally refused to provide an refund and asked to place different order for same cost. TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME CHASING WITH SUCH TV ONLINE SHOPPING WHEREIN THEY ARE REPEATING THE SAME MISTAKES AND NOT PROVIDING THE REFUND BACK, ALSO NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS...USELESS & CARELESS HS18 SERVICE
