[Resolved] Homeshop18 — scam/cheat, refusing to return/refund/exchange | |
We have ordered curtains(pack of 5 with 3 tie bags) we dint get the tie bags when we got the order and 3 out of 5 are damaged curtains with stains. when we called to complain about it and return the product they gave 2 options of taking a 100rs coupon and keep the product and full refund while giving these options she asked us to hold the line for some time to which we said yes and they just said okay coupon have been sent to you to which we dint agree and asked to take the product return to which they said okay the executive will come and collect the product three days later and now they say that the coupon was given and nothing can be done.they are refusing return/exchange and not responding properly and just keep saying technical issues. we just want the product exchanged or full refund.
