[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Send me Old Product and not have all feature that specified on HS18 website | |||
Hello Sir, I was purchase washing machine from HomeShop18, my order no. is[protected]. When i receive product then i saw the product have not all feature which is specified on HS18 website. When i check my bill it is the 2005 model(9 year old product) as per date mention in bill. I informed to HS18 Customer Care and also open complaint ticket no. 80159075 before 48 hour as per HS18 return policy. In morning i recived call from HS18 Customer Care executive. He said me please pack your product and we will pick up it and also receive SMS to pack the product. Same day in evening i again received call from HS18 customer care relationship manager. She told me to share the pic of product. I share picture with given mail id. Next two day i call to HS18 to know status of my complain. Every time they asked the problem and irritate me and told me please call tomorrow. In evening i again recived call from HS18 customer care relationship manager and she told me we will not replace your product. I again call to HS18 to request send me same product that they specified on website but they are not ready to listen me and again and again they are saying "we will not return your product" I am very nerves and feeling cheated and helpless. Please help me any one and stop their arbitrariness.They are thinking that customer are fools and they can do every thing what they want. Was this information helpful? | |||

As per above HS18 comment can anybody tell me how can I replace the product before delivery.How can customer check the product before receiving it and how can customer raise the issue for damaged/defective product.This is very funny and foolish response from HS18. Always they guy irritated customer by asking silly question or given foolish answer like this.This is the reason, why I post my problem here. Now all people can see what type of response they given and how they cheat the customer. I think HS18 is the big black spot of 18 Network Group.

As already informed by the concerned relationship manager, replacement is not possible as the ordered product itself has been delivered.
