[Resolved] Homeshop18 — set of six designer kurtas (product code[protected] | |||
I placed an order on 10th september 2018 for the above namely six designer kurtis for a total of rs.1, 550/- which is inclusive of delivery charge (Attached is the image of the order of my choice). I received the package on 14th sept at around 3:45 in the evening, but the the items were not what i ordered. I had made a complaint regard this complaint # hs[protected] against order # [protected]. Inspite of repeated phone calls and emails, there is no proper response from homeshope18. They want me to return the wrong product first and only then they will send me the items ordered by me. Sir I have booked one above order but sorry to state that your courier in delhi named Gati Courier cont. No.[protected] is a below standard courier. As without coming to my residence they say that address is in complete. So please cancel their contact. Pradeep [protected]
