I had ordered a Vizio smart watch from homeshop18 on 25/03/2017 . I recieved the order on 31/03/2017, but i was out of station so couldnt receive the order i came back on 3/04/2017 .the problem was it doesnt support any Sim card and the back panel was broken .. I lodged a complaint on 03/04/2017 but still i have no response ... I please need help. . The order no. Is [protected]
