Hello, i Prateep patnaik ordered a Spice 501 mobile on 26/01/2015 & the same delivered on 31/01/2015. My order no is[protected]. I got three things mobile, sun glass and a wrist watch. The mobile i put On for charging and within 10 mins it got warm and after one hour it discharged completely.Blinking continuely when it is not in use. The very next day i called to the customer care & filed a complain, complain no is[protected].The wrist watch is not at all in working condition. I went to Spice service center as per Homeshop 18 's instruction & they told it is a Software problem, better You replace it wIth Homeshop18 because it is very new. I called Customer care repeatedly for solving my problem but till now my problem has not been solved, though they are telling within 48 hours the costomer 's problem will be solved. Take this mail as a notice And solve my problem within 7 days otherwise i will move to Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? |
