[Resolved] Homeshop18 — the item is not working as shown in the advertisement. it is a phone combo

To the home shop 18 manager sir i had bought a phone combo which contain a semi fan cooler, a lighting lamp and a mobile phone one month ago.
The mini fan cooler is not working as shown in the advertisement.
I had also contact to the your complaint department with phone calls but i also got some dirty and sitty answer.
Is this is your company do everyone..?
Now i have not get any proper response i will go to consumers court and i also have a legal proof against your company.
So please contact as soon as possible on my phone no. [protected]
