Homeshop18 — They did not send my tablet which i was given to repair

I was purchase a bsnl penta tablet from homeshop18 on 2 february 2016 with 1 year warranty. when my tablet is hanged by virus i was call on homeshop18 they send me the address of penta service centre of patna near r. b. i bank i was submitted my tablet on 4 may 2016. the service centre was said me that please ask us that after 25 days that your your tablet is repair or not i was call after 25 days the service centre team said me that we send your tablet at penta company noida you will get your tablet after 10 days or for further enquiry call on customer care number. when i call on customer care they said me again after 10 days i still don't get my tablet.
Please help me out.
