Homeshop18 — they send defactive mobile (spice mi 514)

Dear Sir/ Madam I bought a mobile phone form home shop18 order no[protected], product detail :[protected] sipce MI 514 3G android phone) as on 20/04/15. I would like to tell you that the phone is defective after geting the phone on 26/04/15 after 4 days this phone is not working. It is defective when I went to the service center they also said same thing "this phone is defective" and one thing also i would ilke to tell about the Gift voucher worth Rs. 500/- is not in the box when I complainted about this matter your customer care excutive Ravi said that after one week you can get by courier but till now it wont come. I really disapointed about your product and service. So, you are requested to kindly take some necessary action to solve my problem.
