Dear sir,
W have purchased "fashion fiesta-pack of 3 fashionable jeans (waist size:34 inch)" by uber urban-34... via homeshop 18 order no.[protected].
Order was booked on 04aug/16.
We have received material on 08/aug/16.
Due to fitting issue, whole purchased material was returned through indian post vide speed post no.-ec[protected]in dated on 17/aug/2016 to get it replaced with waist size:32 inch.
Ame was received at your end 22/aug/2016.

Still i am waiting for material.
So many times, we have talk with customer care but no positive response received.
Kindly resolve the issue.

Maine 4 shirts ka combo order no.[protected] mangaya tha lekin shirt damage tha aur kapada bhi thik nahi tha maine courier se package vapas bheja aur refund ki mang ki lekin muze refund nahi mila aur abhi jabrdastti vapas shirts combo bheja ja raha hai meri aap se binti hai ki muze refund amount chahiye courier ke liye bhi rs.90 dala refund chahiye
