This piece wad eliveted on monday 21.5.2018. I opened the parcel on 23/5 and found that 12 drying rack connecting pins were missing. Informed helpline. They wanted to give me a coupon for r/s 200/- for the pareshani. Despite my repeated requests that the rack cannot be operated / configured without them not helpful. Someone will visit in two three days to inspect i requested them for a refund that can be done once i return the product by parcel post. I was charged r/s 301/- towards shipping charges. Three days are over n no rep. Of the company has come to inspect the incomplete product delivered. When I called them I was told the same thing all over again
Home Shop is at fault as they delivered product with missing parts. Why am I being harassed to despatch it.
