[Resolved] Homeshop18 — wrong product not yet picked up | |||
I ordered for 5 PC sarees but received 4 pc suit PC's...and inspite if repeatedly complaints to the customer care for pick up since 17th August the day I received the product but all in vain...every time they say within 24-48 hrs it will be picked also I paid the amount as cash on delivery.. It is a sheer harrassment to have to sit on call for over 30 minutes and not get any reply from their end for a mistake from their end. I hope you can be of assistance in this regard and help me get my money refunded. They should pay compensation for the loss of my precious time, money and efforts. Was this information helpful? | |||
