[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong product received | |||
I have ordered a product from homeshop18.com Order No. –[protected] dt 10-09-15 & Sub Order No. –[protected] of Item PENTA 17.78CM QUADCORE 3G CALLING TABLET Blue. Price Rs. 5, 999/- As per the retail invoice no TARA/15-16/466053 DT 11/09/15 by Tarash Overseas Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad, Haryana MODEL 704Q3G-BLUE, But I have received wrong model WS704DX which market price is only Rs.3000/-. After complained Home Shop18 customer Care On dt 20/09/15 ( time 10:30 AM to 11.30 Am ) not ready to exchange and He saying if we send a Stone you bound to received the same and pay the money. Another thing As per terms and conditions on your invoice “In case of receipt of a damage/defective product please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the good” But my case is not damage or defective product . So please look into my case and solve the problem ASAP. Because its intentionally done by your company. Also this issue will be published by local news paper for public.
