[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Wrong product send - Compensation promised - but didnt send | |||
My order no.[protected] placed dated 4th May 2015 for Spice 5inch (12.7cms) 3G Android Quad Core Phone-516-White Mobile- Watch (Seller: North India Top Company Pvt. Ltd.) priced Rs.4999. The order has been assured to be dispatched and will be delivered to me in 3 days. I have received a package of "5 in 1 Graviera Suitings" worth Rs.999/- instead of above order mentioned. I have lodged tickets and made numerous calls to the customer care. At last they have collected the package and dispatched my mobile after 15 days. This is worst experience for me with Homeshop18, who couldn't able to deliver right product in right time. The customer care executive (name not remembered) has apologized for the inconvenience and assured that he will provide the product soon. But the dispatch of the product has been done after they received the wrong product to their office. And one of the executive has assured me to provide compensation amount or any product.
