I have ordered 5 minute exercise roller and i got a defective piece, that was 11th of august. I have also tried to contact the customer care number but no one was picking up the phone and i even tried to e-mail them the same day but the e-mail provided by them was wrong. The product quality was too bad according to it's price.
Extremely poor quality and no timely redressal of complaint.
If my complaint is not redressed, i will be forced to knock the door of consumer court. I am a lawyer and will not give a second thought, if this issue is not resolved in a timely manner. Was this information helpful? |
