I ordered for a maxtop hair curler from Homestore365 with the option of Cash on delivery. The product is defective and is not working. I am unable to reach them through emails or phone number.

Iam order 4599 rupies product . But they give me 2500 product . They not respond my calling.iam send mail for return and refund.but they not responsible for delivering product.they not responsible for customer services.

I rao Suresh, mobile no [protected] had order genious nicer dicer with was origin picture show on site with cost of 2000 but discounted rate 1000, but the product recived is Cosmo nicer dicer with has cost of 300 to 400 rs so this is cheating, so call the call centre but no one picking phone and has also bounced back so this fraud so please replace or I am putting police complaint

I have ordered a tummy trimmer online in march 2020. Received (9th march 2020) poor quality product on first appearance itself. On its first usage on 14th march itself the foot peddle belt got cut. I immediately wrote to the email id given in their website. They provide false email id in which emails bounce back after 3 or 4 days. It happened every time i complained at least 3 times. I want to send it back to the supplier unfortunately the covid 19 lock down prevented me from sending it back. Recently on 4th may when lock down relaxed a bit i sent it through courier to the sender m/s retail mart, rajaouri garden main market new delhi. The courier calls and says the address wrong, incomplete (In fact their own given address label i have retained and i am returning). The suppliers mobile number always switched off and homestore365 number not receving the calls. No reply to sms. On the whole this is bogus money minting website and they don't care the customers. I request all to boycott this website and never order any items on this website. This is a cheating website who loot money in connivance with the suppliers.

I complining about veet trimmer... The delivered product's brand was charged... Nd cheep quality... This website is fake... Website is not accepting return service nd not receiving my call... Also complain no. Customer care no. I

Recently i purchased a babyliss hair curler and the i received a defective product. I have paid 2000 bucks for this #. I have been calling the helpline number but no one seems to receive the call. I have even sent an email. Still no response.

Kindly refund my money. Otherwise i will file a police complaint against homeshop365 that you fool people by sending them fake and defective products. And there's no one to hear our complaints. Such a loser you are.
I want my money back, otherwise i swear m gonna file a case against this forum.

I have received a defected prouduct. Of sweat slim belt. It looks like a worst product. I have to call many time on that no. Which is mentioned on the site of homestore 365.

Please refund my money and take this fake product in. 10 days don’t. Try to do that anybody to sale a fake product. Nd advertised the social media. It’s my ridiculous shopping on the. Home store 365.

I ordered swing walker worth RS 2500 but I received different model than what I ordered I have contacted customer care they told they will replace it and it will be taken by courier but till date no procedure is done ...since 15 days nothing now I am going to consumer forum as I am having all the proofs of whatever answers were given to me along with mails..

I have ordered babyliss curler and i paid 2000 rupees and the moment i open my product. It wasnt working fine and i called on customer care. No one picked up and i got a call back and they told me not to put anything online we will replace this product within 2 or 3 days but its been more than 15 days and no one has come and no one is picking up my phone, i didnt use that product at all and paid 2000.

I have got sweat slim belt of very bad quality . And that's why I want to return it but the mobile number given on the product is wrong even number available online for complain is also not right .I don't know how to return it and where I have to return it online and want my cash back . please tell me what should I do.If it takes time please let me know so that I would keep some patience. Really disappointed. Very bad .

I ordered veet trimmer cost of 1300 but they delivered wrong product... And wheneveri call them they are saying that ur product will be replaced but now they are not picking up my phone... I think this company is a fraud... They loot money from the consumers... Their staaff are so rude... And i make sure that no body will buy any product from this site.. Worst site i had ever visit

I bought a pedicure machine..it said its a scholl product but when i received it i realized it was a fake product. The package did not have the scholl brand, the roller was broken and the device was a very cheap product. Package said it will have 4 batteries and a cover which were missing. Its a fraud company and someone needs to take action against this. It needs to be closed down. Now i need the money back and the customer care does not respond back.

I warn every customer not to buy any product from here. If i do not a positive feedback will announce this in the media.

I orderd babyliss pro hair curler from home store 365 and its duplicate product and moreover its not working at all. I have called multiple times to customer care of homestore no positive response is coming from your side either they donot pick the call or they keep on saying next week next week. I am fed up with all this so o have planned to go to cusomer court as i have wasted my money and they are not taking any action on that other sites like flipkart and amazon nd other trustable they take quick action i[censored] call them. But really disappointed from this site will never ever do further shoping on this site earlier i was thinking of ordering curler and straightner together, thank god i have not done this otherwise my money would have been wasted.

I had ordered a veet 5 in 1 trimmer against which i received a duplicate product by the company sweet trimmer. Now they are not answering the call and not assisting us for refund. Its really bad when you trust some one and they make a fool out of you. I would request them to return my order and give them the refund or else provide me with the original product. I checked online and the company of which they have provided me with is barely of ₹500 on other websites. If i wanted that i would have ordered from there for a cheaper rates this is fraud. I want a refund asap.

I have ordered 5 minute exercise roller and i got a defective piece, that was 11th of august. I have also tried to contact the customer care number but no one was picking up the phone and i even tried to e-mail them the same day but the e-mail provided by them was wrong. The product quality was too bad according to it's price.
Extremely poor quality and no timely redressal of complaint.
If my complaint is not redressed, i will be forced to knock the door of consumer court. I am a lawyer and will not give a second thought, if this issue is not resolved in a timely manner.

I ordered this trimmer on 5/9/17 from homestore365 and the product was delivered on 9/9/17 . I opened it and found out that the trimmer was defected.
I put the battery and switched on but it was not working.

The trimmer is not working and I want it to be replaced ASAP.

I've been calling the concerned person, the number which they gave as an inquiry number since 2 days.
The ppl are not picking up any calls.

Kindly look into my matter as after few days they'll start telling your purchase is too old, we c'ant do anything.

I want the defected piece to be either taken away and give my money back or exchange it with a working trimmer.

I was excited about to product and i was suppose to gift to my mother-in-law, but after opening the package i am very disappointing, i received the package on 15-aug-2017 at 7:00pm

Reason for refund:

1. Size issue, we did not received the size what we have ordered, its very small.
2. Did not find any brand package of sweat slim belt, no where mention at all.
3. Quality of the products is very bad.

I had ordered black colour air sofa cum bed but I have got blue one.And it was mentioned that I will be getting one year warranty and a gift voucher.Got nothing and when I called your customer care, that irritating lady at your desk yells at me and she just disconnects the call.God knows which language she understands.So much of attitude and what is the purpose of she sitting for customer support there.She inturn asked me that why am I calling repeatedly.If I had got what I had ordered and what all was I supposed to get, why would I call her.Why cant you people act as you say?And now there is air leak and when I called you, the reply I got is to search for a hole in it and patch it myself.Is this called one year warranty??
Homestore is nothing but a group of frauds with arrogance.Worst site.People never ever dare spending your money on it.I have already lodged complaint in customer forum.Lets see

I have received an air sofa cum bed with one year warranty. There is already air leak in it in just 20 days. And customer care people are not responding properly. She has no patience to listen and just try to cheat me any time i call. They said they will be connecting my call to somebody,, made me wait for long and then disconnected it after some time. There are asking me to search hole and put patch over it. There is no hole as such in the product but there is some leak which i am not able to figure out. It is not a sudden leak of air but some gradual loss of air so that it is completely empty by one hour. And your customer care lady is showing so much of arrogance. I need a replacement. I have already lodged my complaint in consumer forum.

I have ordered a sweat slim belt on phone call received wrong size of the belt and now company is neither replacing with the correct one nor refunding the amount Rs.1490/- paid on COD. my order number is HS1272 awb number is[protected]. Again and agin reminded to the customer care executive on the mobile number [protected] but no response given by the executive every time confirming my address and saying the same will be replaced in next two days, but sorry to say still not done. 4 times i have reminded through sms regarding my complain but not resloved. i have also mailed to the mail id provided on the web page pof the company i.e. [protected]@haomestore365.com but the said mail does not exist it means the mail id printed on the web page is also not correct and the company is misguiding the consumer. my humble request is to you kindly check my complain and if found correct please help in refund of my 1490/- provided to the company through COD. The entire case is seems to be fraud has been done with me.
