I had ordered black colour air sofa cum bed but I have got blue one.And it was mentioned that I will be getting one year warranty and a gift voucher.Got nothing and when I called your customer care, that irritating lady at your desk yells at me and she just disconnects the call.God knows which language she understands.So much of attitude and what is the purpose of she sitting for customer support there.She inturn asked me that why am I calling repeatedly.If I had got what I had ordered and what all was I supposed to get, why would I call her.Why cant you people act as you say?And now there is air leak and when I called you, the reply I got is to search for a hole in it and patch it myself.Is this called one year warranty??
Homestore is nothing but a group of frauds with arrogance.Worst site.People never ever dare spending your money on it.I have already lodged complaint in customer forum.Lets see Was this information helpful? |
