Homestore365 — regarding damage in the product within 20 days of receiving it and about not providing proper customer care

I have received an air sofa cum bed with one year warranty. There is already air leak in it in just 20 days. And customer care people are not responding properly. She has no patience to listen and just try to cheat me any time i call. They said they will be connecting my call to somebody,, made me wait for long and then disconnected it after some time. There are asking me to search hole and put patch over it. There is no hole as such in the product but there is some leak which i am not able to figure out. It is not a sudden leak of air but some gradual loss of air so that it is completely empty by one hour. And your customer care lady is showing so much of arrogance. I need a replacement. I have already lodged my complaint in consumer forum.
