I have ordered a tummy trimmer online in march 2020. Received (9th march 2020) poor quality product on first appearance itself. On its first usage on 14th march itself the foot peddle belt got cut. I immediately wrote to the email id given in their website. They provide false email id in which emails bounce back after 3 or 4 days. It happened every time i complained at least 3 times. I want to send it back to the supplier unfortunately the covid 19 lock down prevented me from sending it back. Recently on 4th may when lock down relaxed a bit i sent it through courier to the sender m/s retail mart, rajaouri garden main market new delhi. The courier calls and says the address wrong, incomplete (In fact their own given address label i have retained and i am returning). The suppliers mobile number always switched off and homestore365 number not receving the calls. No reply to sms. On the whole this is bogus money minting website and they don't care the customers. I request all to boycott this website and never order any items on this website. This is a cheating website who loot money in connivance with the suppliers. Was this information helpful? |
