I ordered this trimmer on 5/9/17 from homestore365 and the product was delivered on 9/9/17 . I opened it and found out that the trimmer was defected.
I put the battery and switched on but it was not working.
The trimmer is not working and I want it to be replaced ASAP.
I've been calling the concerned person, the number which they gave as an inquiry number since 2 days.
The ppl are not picking up any calls.
Kindly look into my matter as after few days they'll start telling your purchase is too old, we c'ant do anything.
I want the defected piece to be either taken away and give my money back or exchange it with a working trimmer. Was this information helpful? |
