Homework Solutions — did not receive refund money

I had registered myself with this company first paying them rupess 2050 and then they sent me the work to do but when i went to submit my work to them they said that you have to pay another 3000 rupess for checking so i asked them what is this and that you did not tell me about this earlier and so i asked for a refund of my 2050 and they said to wait for 15 days but after 15 days i still did not receive my refund so i tried calling mr. Gautam solanki (The person the company told me to contact on whatsapp) on [protected] but when i tried calling him on whatsapp it was showing that the number has been removed from whatsapp and when i tried his phone it was showing unreacheable.
