Homework Solutions — non-payment of salary, non-refundable of my money

Sir,
I had registered myself with this company first by paying rs.1000 as registration to mr. Anil kapoor (Mobile no:[protected]), then he sent me the work modules (Offline data entry) to do. After 15 days, i submitted my work. A few days after he sent me the payment slip of rs.39, 500 plus gst. He said inorder to receive this, first i have to pay the amount of rs.4550. But i declined as one of my friend who had paid this amount, still not getting his salary. So, i told him, i will paid only after my friend received his salary. He insisted me to paid, which prompted me to ask the refund amount of rs.1000, which he told to wait for 15 days. I tried calling him many times after 15 days, but he didn't picked.
