Honda 2 Wheeler Dealer — all accessories not given against the price and no bill given of the purchase of vehicle

I have purchased honda activa 5g standard from agarawal motors (Sub dealer of sk honda dealer bulandshahr u. P.- 203001) dibai narora distt bulandshahr u. P.-202389, last month on 18 april 2018.

The agarwal motors dealer taken the full amount of the honda 2 wheeler which i purchased including the accessories amount.
He has not given the purchase receipt nor given all the accessories for which amount already paid to him. As accessories details confirmed from other details, that he gave only 7 accessories out of 10 which was listed by other dealer for same amount which i paid.
Given number plate of fiber board not the metal number plate which is normally given with any vehicle.
