Honda — Activa 4G | |||||
Dear Honda, Unfortunately I decided to Purchase a Honda Active 4G from Regency Honda Jammu being Nearer to my place of Residence 1. On approaching the showroom on 9th of May almost at about 5.45pm none of the sales executive bothered to attend but on asking who shall attend to brief the detail's of the product I intended to purchase, one gentle lady sales executive approached but instead of briefing in detail about the product she seemed to be in hurry to leave for home as it was about to be 6 pm. 2. Next day on 10.05.17 I again approached the showroom for purchasing the above said scooty on cash down, again none was available to properly brief the details about the product, anyway one Sardarjee service executive half hardheartedly showed scooty which was on display and told that this can be made available, i.e dark grey mat finish color but did not divulge that more options like metallic finish colors are also available. 3. Without having the full details about the available products like metallic colors etc Mat finish scooty which was readily available with the dealer was got ready for me which was totally against my choice and desired requirement. 4. On pointing out that the scooty made available to me does not have any metallic type, I was told that it would have taken twenty days to get the metallic finish scooty as such we provided you the mat finish. 5.The papers of the Vehicle were handed over as if a customer is a beggar to get proper regard to be an genuine customer. 6. Last but not the least the Total invoiced vouchers did not match the actual amount received by the dealer by cheque. Which amounts to almost cheating. The dealer cashier was approached but he gave a non sense reasoning regarding the difference in payment receipt and the actual invoiced one, very unfortunate way of dealing by the showroom. (If you desire I can provide the Invoiced Scanned copies as well receipt copy for your reference) 7. Now I dont understand how you as Honda is going to sort-out these above enumerated issues, particularly regarding the Finish of the Scooty which has been sold to me by the showroom as the same is against against my choice of desired Metallic finish instead of Mat finish. 8. Very unfortunate of Honda to act like this Ist impression is the last impression and The Honda I understand is / never compromises with the bad reputation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
