I have purchased a scooter honda activa from m/s shuban sai najafgarh, new delhi 110043 in the month of april, 2019. The item is creating problem while ignition from the very beginning. I have lodged several complaints. The authorized service center checked it but of no avail. It is requested to replace the item or rectify the problem on the spot at my residence or take the scooty back. Honda is tarnishing it's image, gaining dissatisfaction with its customers and disrepute. Scooter number is dl 9 sb u 4368
