Honda Activa — servicing not done properly

I handed over my vehicle on[protected] for 3rd service at 2pm. Next day when i called at 1 pm they told vehicle is ready. When i went took my vehicle it was not washed and the vehicle seems too dirty. They told me take the vehicle bring within 10 days.
I am a bank manager and also badminton coach, international referee told them why you said the vehicle was ready, but no answer. All the way i went by leaving my work. I am also shareholder of the company.
