The Honda City 2017 BS -4 has one of the worst infotainment system, it lags always and when it is connected to the Bluetooth there is a 5 second audio delay. After owning the car for 5 years the infotainment system stopped working all of a sudden and when I asked Honda india service centre to look at it they said they have a 3rd party service for that and they won't be able to service it at the service centre which is absurd! . Paying 14.7 lakhs for a premium vehicle and getting a 3rd party service is hilarious it's a joke when you have paid 14.7 lakhs. I request Honda to replace the faulty system with a new system atleast or compensate for the faulty system.
