Honda — Awful service , theft,damage the car(ac) | |
Dear concern, With due regards I want to bring to your notice that I am your prime customer since 2016. I have a Honda City 2016 model I vtec engine. The kind of response and customer service that your company has provided in the recent times has been a sheer disappointment. I would like to bring to your notice under mention points:- 1. Last 4 general service of my vehicle at Central Honda Visakhapatnam was awful and is of no use to my car. Expertise of staff over in the service centre is a cause of concern. They were unable to bring out any defect in respect of main engines, Air condition, gearbox and several operations in the body of my car. This has caused a gradual degradation in the performance of stated equipment. 2. In a recent incident of asking for roadside assistance, the same was not provided which reflects about least interest in providing customer service. Moreover, your service centre reverts back by giving a reason of the day being Sunday and off working hour. Therefore, it is requested to kindly look into the matter and the service centres may be directed to provide a better quality of service.
