Honda — Bad servicing and poor handling My honda city car | |
I regret to inform you that I have given my Honda city car for 2nd scheduled periodic general servicing to Manchester Coimbatore. On 7th April 2021.Car number is TN 37 T 6347 which was purchased newly on 30th Dec 2020. I really disappointed on this servicing. When giving the car for service I requested service incharge possibity to remove an small dent at left side door out side.They had promised removing dent and paint touching and assured me the condition of car Apperance would be as new car delivery. But when I receive the car after servicng I shocked there is paint color differences and door inside pad lock is mishandled and no water service as well. We have purchase 5 cars as group. In our mind we had thought good rating from the list of other competitive cars but when seeing this kind of servicing we feel it is wrong judgment. More over i am travelling to office inconvenient and uncomfortable. I request you to take this issue seriously and rectify the problem. How will you compensate for my dissatisfied for this bad service and affecting of my schedules.My car number TN 37T 6347 Coimbatore, India
