Honda Bike — back to back problems in hornet 160r after 4th months of purchase

I purchased hornet 160r on 10th jan 2018 and got my bike delivered on 18th jan 2018. Got my second free servicing done around 28th july 2018 and post 20-25 days of that one night after completing my shift around 2 am i started for my room and on the way the bike engine turned off. Tried a hell lot by kicking and self but hard luck and it did not worked. I could have been robbed or killed or anything would have happened as it was late night. Somehow managed to reach room with my friend’s help. Next day went to service center and i was asked to get the spark plug changed just to check if this resolves the issue and i was asked to pay for that and i paid. Then after few days again the i faced the same issue but luckily somehow managed to start the bike. Again reported the issue to the service center and they did something and then it worked fine for some more days. Then also the feeling of bike turning off feeling was still there while accelerating but i tried to ride more rather to complain again. Then i came for third free servicing where i get to know that the graphics sticker of the bike has been cut very finely that nobody could make it out that it is damaged and this was from the starting when i took the handover. As it is my first bike i never thought that company people can do these kind of things also or else would have checked there only. Then during the third free servicing i rode around 8500 km when i get a call that my chain spocket and brake shoe pad and air filter needs to be changed that will cost me rs.3000. This itself proves that what cheap quality products honda has installed in my bike. After some struggle i got my air filter changed but the chain spocket and brake pad itself was a question as despite it need not be changed still i was asked to but i denied and asked them to clean the brake pad. They did but both the brakes were not effective yet. I was asked to ride for some days and it will start working but it did not happen. Then i went multiple time to get it cleaned and it was attended but the brake was still not effective. I think it was due to bad quality of brake shoe as i never heard the failure of brake pad post servicing. After a long struggle both brakes became a little effective. I am not a jobless person who keep going to service center and keep wasting time in getting some or the other issue fixed. Then in january 2019 i was planning to go for a small ride of 100 km and so just to ensure i don't face any issue on the way i went to service center and there i get to know that my bike's front disc is bent due to some reason. Also my handle started making some cut cut noise while turning right and left. This again proves that really a cheap quality product has been installed in my bike. I asked from multiple people who has honda bikes and they said despite riding off road or in city or long rides nothing much they had to spend in maintenance then why back to back i am facing back to back issue one after the other and company people very smartly says that these things are not being covered in warranty and i have to pay every time for every issue that is coming up. If it would have been around 2.5 to 3 years then it makes sense that some issue might come up. For your information as it is my first bike i ride it properly and i have a great affection for it as it is bought from my hard earned money after a long job struggle. Please help me. Company very easily says that the parts comes under wear and tear and hence cannot be covered but at least i should use it for around 2 years and then if such issue comes then it makes sense. Please help me in getting a new bike from the company or my money back along with some compensation amount for the hardships and sufferings i faced and still facing due to company's carelessness or using cheap quality products so that i can go for some other option of two wheeler.

I had a word with their supervisor on 24th february 2018 and the person assured that i will be getting some revert by 25th or 26th february and some kind of solution will be provided by them but no revert till date.
