Sir, I had taken my car for second servicing and leakage issues to caculo honda service centre at verna, goa. They have asked me to pay rs. 250.00 as sanitisation charges and they said it is compulsory. How can you do this to a customer. Is it as per govt. Guidelines. I want a legal opinion on this.
