[Resolved]  Honda — Car stereo

I bought a new honda city in year of 2019. But there is a problem of stereo device in most of the honda city model or we can say in all of the city cars. Mine car stereo also started giving problems from next year of purchase. I requested to Honda agency to replace it but they did software setup three time in gap of 6-8 months. But did not replaced it. I made many complaints verbal and written to local agency. But they denied all the time.

I want a resolution, when there is problem in most of the cars than why didnot they change and making excuses to not replacing.
