My name anal shah ([protected]), bought a car honda city from landmark honda s g highway ahmedabad.in the agreement accessory - 3m body coating and bottom coating was there. While taking delivery i found these two coatings were missing in the accessory bill provided so i requested and they told yes we have done. Now, today 23rd june 2017 during my first service i came to know that it has not been done. Today i have discussed with mr. Arpan ([protected]) & mr. Kapil ([protected]) sales person, they agreed that due to human error it was missed and they agreed to provide now but still they are not agree in providing written bill as well as 3 years warranty certificate. I request you to take appropriate action also because of coating not provided i request you to allow me for taking compensation from them.
