[Resolved]  Honda Cars India Ltd. — all new honda car front bumper damaged by ring road honda staff

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

i bought my all new honda car on 19 fe from ring road honda, sector 18, gurgaon, haryana, india. my car registration no is HR 26CE 6082. I bought my car with all accessories fitted by the same dealer at the time of purchase. this dealer accessories people broke my car's front bumper locks and in the last 3-4 months tried to repair it but it is again and again getting the same issue. it is irreparable and need front bumper replaced due to it. now nobody in this dealer showroom and workshop is listening to me and giving me solution. all are supporting the staffs that broke it and now they have started creating a new story to keep them safe that it has been broken by me. however I have numerous proofs to prove it that this has been done by them. i need immediate action against the accessories dept manager who is a liar and not claiming that it is a mistake of his dept. before my last visit every one was accepting it as their mistake but when it comes to replacement none is ready to accept it.
