Dear sir
This is with ref to my car no. Up78dh 5657 purchased dt.[protected] with a extended warranty, from smart cars kanpur there is complaint of broken seat frame, since the car has not met any accident since purchase, there is complaint of broken seat frame which is quiet surprising, on contacting the work shop they refused to replacing the frame, without cost, kindly let me know the reason for refusal as the car is under extended warranty and the nature of complaint is manufacturing defect. I do not expect such unethical business practice from honda cars, kindly look into the matter and arrange to replace the same without cost
