Hello sir
This is kamal bhandari. I purchased a new car yesterday from planet honda haldwani... After delivery i show a plastic part near the right front tyre tied by a nylon rope... I called to the showroom immediately and they did not response well then i had to talk to the owner of the showroom, he helped me and asked to go to the show room... I did the same, the men at the service center were tring to replace that part with a part of some old demo car. I did not allow them to do so... Then they got another part from somewere and replaced this... Sir this is a used part and look rough and having scratches on it... I want this part to be replaced by a brand new one...
