Honda Cars India Ltd. — bad service and follow up at the service station | |
Had sent amaze diesel for service no hr76 a 7011 to pearl honda sec 37 gurugram. The car developed a peculiar sound at the back and i had tsken it back the other day for a check. The concerned person sent me back as the sound could not be located even after two and a half hours and the car was collected by the company from my office the other day. Gave me back the car after one and a half days saying that the suspension needs complete replacement and gave me an estimate of 2000/-. How fair is that. The sound never persisted at the time of servicing. There was nothing wrong with the suspension when i sent for servicing. Very unhappy with the unprofessional attitude and the lack of skilled servicmen. Was this information helpful? | |
