Honda Cars India Ltd. — Bought new car got horrible service | |||
This is regarding my new amaze chassis no : MAKDF25EKFN102246. I bought it from Ring road honda Bahadurgarh on 28th oct 2015 . On 1st nov while driving my car self stop working and there was no supply in whole car . I called to ring road honda Bahadurgarh they came to my place and checked the car but they don't have the tools to open main fuse of the car . I have arranged the tool from the market . The fuse was burnt because of some issue .They didn't replace the fuse even fuse was present in the showroom. They said u have take it to service centre at your own and they went . Some how i managed to park my car near by. On 1st Nov i towed it by my own vehicle and take it to service centre. While entering into the service centre Mr. Anil chauhan (sevice gm) told that u should have call us before coming here . We don't have any technician here . You have to take it to peeragrhi sevice centre by your own. The behaviour was so irresponsible from there side . Then I tok to Ms. Parveen (CRM member) she helped regarding this . She toked to some senior member and then service department come into action. In end i was ready to take it to peeragrhi centre but i was not comfortable to take my new car with crane . So i asked for a car so that i can tow my car. But they didn't provide me the car . Mr. Chauhan told me that he doesn't have any problem in providing me the car but i have to take permission from Mr. Neeraj (sales manager) . I asked him to do so but he took so much of time to response because he was busy in his own work. After waiting of more than 30 mins i went to service department i asked for job card . I have entered in the service centre around 9:30 and i got the job card at 11:46 . I am facing these issues from 1st day : 1. Manual Central locking was not working : On 31st oct i come to know central locking was not working . I taken my car to service centre . Then found that fuse was burnt. They have changed the fuse and now it working . 2. Loyalty buddy : i have two honda amaze one i bought in April 2015. While purchasing the second car i told Mr. Neeraj i want to avail loyalty buddy. They didn't provide me complete information regarding this . After buying second car i tried to Avail this service i come to know this can only be done before buying the car. 3. Right side back window have some problem while unlocking. 4. While opening bonnet getting some noise . 5. Gear box have some problem. Gear stuck in between . For above 3, 4, 5 problem service centre told me that while driving it will be get fixed else we will fix in first service . I have taken the first service but 3rd and 4th problem is not resolved. Finally they worked on my car and resolved the issue in Bahadurgarh service centre. I have wasted my whole day because of such service. I am really frustrated by the service of ring road honda Bahadurgarh . I need compensation for the problem i faced . Please take an action on this incident asap. I have also complained honda 1 month back till now recieve any satisfactory solution Was this information helpful? | |||
