Honda Cars India Ltd. — broken accessories during repair job

Its been over a month since i filed a complaint for a broken reverse parking camera mirror during a repair job at infinity honda gurgaon service center. There has been no update from the service center and mr. Mohm. Nushad incharge of the insurance repair job has been unable to provide any resolution.in fact i believe he is intentionally delaying the repairs.
Mohit yadav, gm of infinity honda doesn't pick up any calls in fact his phone number is switched off mostly.
I have a written statement from the mr. Nushad that the mirror has got broke during the repair work and infinity honda will replace it for free.
