Dear HONDA Customer Service Team, I felt pride by owning Honda Amaze CVT Automatic, but my pride didn’t last longer because I was really screwed with the kind of service you have done for me and my car due to oil leakage from engine. Let me brief you full story. I purchased brand new HONDA AMAZE CVT from METRO HONDA, Hyderabad in the month of February 2019. I felt very pride to be a part of Honda family and my journey was very smooth until I visited GREEN HONDA for my regular servicing. My first service was a general inspection and went well. Coming to second service @5000 kms I observed slight unwanted sounds from driver door and insisted relationship executive to fix the issue. But it didn’t happen. So, I contacted customer service team and raised a complaint which was then solved immediately. Then I have visited the same GREEN HONDA service center on July 2nd 2019 for 10000km service interval. The job was done from their end and handed over the the same day. After driving for over 600 kms I noticed unexpectedly oil spillage on my front tyre, after deep observation I noticed drops of engine oil was leaking. I was panicked and immediately drove the car to a nearby local garage. The mechanic inspected the car and confirmed there was a serious and severe leakage from oil filter and i can’t drive the car further anymore. Having no options in my hand and my family in the car, I asked the mechanic to help in fixing the issue. He opened the engine oil filter and drained the complete engine oil. I was really shocked to see it was not more than 500 ml that came out from engine and thanked god for saving me. Then I noticed there were 2 rubber sealant valves and one was torn away. Then the mechanic topped engine oil with 3litres and a new rubber sealant valve and I drove back to the city. Dear team, please explain what shall I do now. Your authorised service center ( GREEN HONDA) has done so much good caring for my car. 1. Oil sealant was torn away - Do the technicians replacing the original spare parts or some duplicate parts from outside. 2. There were 2 rubber sealants - Mechanic who fixed the leakage has put only single sealant then why your technician used two(2) 3. Overlooking or negligence - The person who has done the job to my car didn’t remove the old sealant and put a new sealant over it. This was pure negligence and irresponsibility. Is there any monitoring activity at service centre’s ? Are there any floor managers who are monitoring the day to day activities??? How could a person (s) be so irresponsible.
