I had given my car for accident repair on 26 aug 2017. The front bumper was damaged. When i received the car after 2 weeks, i noticed deep scratches on left doors (Exending to both left front and left rear doors). Also had some bubbles in the bonnet painted earlier at same place and i asked them to repaint it. I showed it to the service manager, he asked me to fill some insurance forms and took the car. This time too the car was kept for 2 complete weeks. No replacement car provided - although the agent initially promised to give it back in 1 week. I was overcharged for the repairs and was not given a bill of the payment (Gave after 1 week). When i took the car, i noticed broken paint just behind the left rear door (Which was repaired just then) and left rear door was not opening. The dome light inside the car also not working and lot of dirty spots all over the car dashboard and sides. I took the car to them, they touched up the broken paint and are telling me that the door lock is faulty? Need a resolution for 1. Locked door should be repaired 2. The light needs to be fixed 3.
