Reference My Honda Amaze Car bearing Rgn No: HR26CF1934, sumbitted in person by me for servicing on 19 Mar 2017 at 9.15AM I was promised to be dropped to my home which is around 2 Km from the service station. It was surprising to note casual attitude of the staff. After waiting for almost 30 minutes and repeated reminders, i was dropped in my car. Their veh meant for customer home drop was not made available. Very pathetic and casual attitude of the staff. I need not remind the fact that success of any car depend on their after sale service and such an attitude will have negative impact on Honda car brand. Concerned official need to take note of such incidents which has direct bearing on your brand products Was this information helpful? | |||||
