Honda Cars India Ltd. — cleaning issues and bumper damage and scratches on 1st service care returning

The new honda civic cvt of mine was picked up by the viva honda service station person after checking the car thoroughly which was without any scratches whatsoever. He took the car and returned very late in the evening in the darkness which i questioned him and he said the service took long but only air filter, brake pad cleaning and car washing was mentioned as works done. I asked the person who came to drop vehicle why the car is so unclean and the glasses also slightly foggy with white marks from inside and outside to which he answered saying the cloth used must be dusty. I informed him i can't see the vehicle in darkness as he came late evening, he said all is okay just sign. I yet put a comment about my dissatisfaction on the cleaning. Next day morning while leaving for airport in the auto i took a round around the car to see in daylight and to my surprise found the left front bumper damaged with deep scratches paint peeled off and also the bumper slightly loose with gaps varying on both sides slightly which are easily visible. The right hand side has some scratch mark's like 2 lines again as if the car was parked outside somewhere when in was taken for service. The same was confirmed by the car dropper the car is a little dirty from outside as it was parked outside for long. I was truly depressing and sad the way the service had gone about and it's been 5 days almost and yet awaiting someone to take the action for refining my car to the brand new look which was just about a month old.
