Honda Cars India Ltd. — complaint about brake system of honda city vx

This is to i form you that i am having troubke with the brake system of my honda city vx purchase in 2017. Since purchase at 6000 kms i had to change the brake shoes. After running for 12000 kms again the same issue had cropped up. On checking at the nearest dealer it was found that again yhe brake shoes had gone. After that the caliper and the brake shoes were changed and the vehicle was delivered to me. But to my surprise at 16000 kms again yhe same symptoms were observed. On checking at yhe service centre it was found that the brake shoes have gone. This time the dealer had kept the car for 14 days but didnot check the master cylinder, the abs module. Instead i was returned stating that it is due to driving habit. I really beg your pardon to say that if it was my driving style due to which the brake shoes are prematurely failing then last change would not have occured after merely 4000 kms of vehivle run. Added to it i am facing trouble with the music system which was raised at the service centre but no actions are being taken by the dealer to rectify the issue of music system. I am really very dissappointed with the service of honda cars india pvt limited. If such be the attitude towards a previlaged customer then it is better not to go for honda cars.
