Honda Cars India Ltd. — complaint regarding car repair services | |||
I had purchased a honda wrv 1.2 smt petrol car with registration no. Wb38as4615 from pinnacle honda, chandrani ent. Pvt ltd, asansol, west bengal. The car had met with an accident and was severly damaged within 11 months from date of purchase. I had sent it for repairing services at the mentioned dealer showroom and they had accepted the same on 08.06.2020. However it has been 1 month since the dealers have not repaired our car. When asked regarding the same, no interest was shown to our concern and according to them the period is indefinite. I am currently facing medical issues with my family for which having my car is o[censored]tmost importance. No firm reply is also being given regarding the date of dispatch of the repaired car.
