[Resolved] Honda Cars India Ltd. — Complaint regarding service issued by the service station of honda cars | |||
Dear sir This is to inform you that i am the honda existing customer who purchased amaze in the year 2015. Last month i gave my vehicle for claim as the rear left side door got damaged the company person told me to take the vehicle on 22nd evening or 23th may morning as i refused to give my vehicle. So i went outstation because my aunt was serious and was on last stage of tb on 27th may i had a call from honda car company[emperor honda nagpur] that if i didn't picked my vehicle they will charge me 200 rs per day. As i was in the funeral how can i picked the vehicle. I told them that i will reach by 1st then will picked my vehicle they misbehaved with me and forcing me to pay the money they ask me to pay the parking fees of rs 3200/- On 1st june i reached to nagpur i had an kidney stone attack because of that i was unable to picked the vehicle every day every hour they are harnessing me to pick the vehicle and pay the cash today also am in hospital at this situation am writing this complain. Mar 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved when i went to honda showroon for the same the manager told me that there employee didnt do wrong commitment that mean i am lieing to them
then after 4 days he called me when i complain the same to honda main branch there after they called me request me to take my vehicle with out any extra charges Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
